Return Window & Eligibility
Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items purchased from Cyklera. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Cycling Accessories-Specific Non-Returnable Items
- Hygiene products (e.g., helmets, pads, and innerwear)
- Custom or personalized items (e.g., custom jerseys)
- Digital goods (e.g., e-books, online courses)
- Perishable items (e.g., nutrition products)
Return Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition, free from signs of wear or damage. Packaging must be intact, and all tags must be attached. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.
Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for items of equal value. To exchange an item, please follow the return process and indicate the new item you wish to receive. The returned item must meet our return condition requirements.
Defective / Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
